Shipping Policy:
Free Shipping for orders over €65, £65, $75 USD, $120 AUD
Delivery Options:
- NL Tracked Delivery: 1–3 Working Days* - €3,75
- Europe + UK Tracked Delivery: 3–7 Working Days* - €9,35
- International Tracked Delivery: 5–10 Working Days* - €13,50
*Delivery is counted from ship out day. Ship out days: every Friday and Monday
Shipping Information:
- All orders are shipped via PostNL or DHL
- We ship out orders every Friday and Monday after your purchase is placed. Shipment delays from the providers are out of our control
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen delays beyond our control.
Important Notes:
- Address Accuracy: Please double-check that your shipping address is correct when placing an order. We are not liable for refunds or replacements due to incorrect address details provided by the customer.
- Custom Fees (International Orders): If you are purchasing from outside the EU, your order may be subject to customs duties or import taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
- Unforeseen Delays: While we strive to deliver your orders on time, international shipping delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
- Working days: Please note the delivery days are Monday- Saturday.
Return Policy
We want you to be happy with every purchase! However, if you need to return an item, please take a moment to review our policy below:
- Return Fee: If you return your entire order, the shipping fee will be deducted if you received free shipping (€3 for NL orders, €9 for Europe, €10 for international orders). Please check currency conversions if needed.
- Non-returnable Items: Discounted sale products are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- Free Gifts: Any free item (such as a satin bag or jewelry) must be returned with the original purchase to receive a full refund. If not returned, the cost of the free gift (Satin bags are €3) will be subtracted from your refund.
- Return Period: Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery (applies to both domestic and international orders).
- Exchanges: We offer exchanges for incorrect sizes for all our customers.
- Return Costs: You are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not refund any shipping charges, including delivery or return shipping. Refunds will only cover the cost of the product itself.
- Condition of Items: All items must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging (box and pouch). If an item is returned in less than perfect condition, we may not be able to process your refund.
- Inspection: Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item. If it's found to be damaged or worn, unfortunately, we won’t be able to issue a refund.
- Return Process: Please email us through the contact form to receive the return address. We'll get back to you within 12 hours. Make sure to include your order number or full name inside the return package.
- International Returns: When completing the customs form, please label the package as “RETURNED GOODS - ZERO CUSTOM VALUE.” Any customs duties charged to FINMEY JEWELRY will be deducted from your refund if not properly marked.
- Large Order Returns: For returns of large orders, we will deduct €5 to cover packaging and shipping costs.
